He has served as both a banker and a Financial Advisor, roles that provided firsthand exposure to capital flow, portfolio decision-making, client behavior, and the practical realities that guide financial planning and institutional processes. These experiences offered a grounded understanding of how individuals and organizations respond to risk, uncertainty, and long-term strategic choices.

Beyond his professional background, Dustin has contributed to financial education through his involvement with Opportunities Unlimited for the Blind, a Michigan-based nonprofit serving children nationwide. There, he taught financial literacy classes designed to help young people—particularly those with limited resources or accessibility challenges—develop the foundational skills needed to navigate personal finance and economic decision-making.
